Foot Cardigan PackagingFoot Cardigan comes in a grey poly mailer bag with white and blue text on the front. Their slogan reads, "Your feet are about to get awesomer!".Although we review Foot Cardigan's socks monthly, we forget to mention how difficult it is to do without something sharp. That is, the bag's adhesive strip (that seals it to itself) makes it next to impossible to tear. Even when you stick your fingers inside to rip a hole in the bag, it just stretches and becomes thinner. Thus, we usually end up cutting the top open with scissors. If you are going to cut open this package please be careful not to accidentally cut the socks.

Foot Cardigan Gift Message: Packing InsertView This Months Top Rated ClubsThe first thing we pulled out of the bag was a white piece of printer paper folded into thirds. The top of the paper reads "Packing Slip" in bold, with your order number, order date, shipping address, and billing address below. The middle of the paper contains a section that says "Things" in bold with the description of the product, this one specifically reads lumberjack. The bottom of the paper says "Someone wants to tell you something" in bold, which is where the sender's gift message is presented to the recipient (provided they leave a message).

Foot Cardigan: Sock with plastic bag coveringWe're not sure why the socks were inside of another bag... perhaps for water damage? But again, we're not quite sure.

Foot Cardigan: Lumber Jacks SocksView This Months Top Rated ClubsAfter unwrapping the socks (twice), we found a pair of red checkered socks known as the Lumber Jack (via our packing slip). The checker print squares are red, burgundy, and black and the sock accents—toe, heel, top trim—are a cream color. These socks kind of look like they should be worn to a picnic to match the gingham tablecloth or blanket. If they weren't called the Lumber Jack, I'm not sure if we would have connected the dots—however we can understand that the look mimics flannel.

Foot Cardigan: Sock DetailsFinally, as far as quality goes, Foot Cardigan's socks are definitely better than they used to be. However, they're still a bit stretchier than some of the other socks out there. If you're someone that has thick legs, these might pull a bit and show the stretchiness of the elastic around your ankles and calves. This pair of socks definitely lets you know that summer is coming to an end and fall is on it's way in! We could envision a cute Instagram photo of someone wearing these socks with a pair of brown work boots in a pile of autumn leaves (just saying).View This Months Top Rated Clubs
