Today we're checking out Canada based sock of the month club, Good Luck Sock. Recently, this sock of the month club reached out to us about doing a partnership for reviews, so right now were going to take a look at the socks for their women's sock subscription.
Good Luck Sock: Packaging—FrontAs far as mailbox's go, Good Luck Sock's packaging comes in the form of thin blue cardboard with only white text. Since this specific package was for review, there is no shipping label on the front (but normally there would be).
Good Luck Sock: Packaging—BackThe back of the package contains the brand name "Good Luck Sock" in large font, and the top of the package contains the slogan "You're about to get lucky." At the very top of the package, it very clearly shows you wear to "Tear Here' so you know how to find your socks.
Good Luck Sock: Packing Insert—FrontThe first thing we pulled out of the blue cardboard package was a very colorful printed notecard with socks on it.
Good Luck Sock: Packing Insert—BackThe back of the notecard informs you that you can choose between a 6 or a 12 month sock subscription membership to ship directly to your door.
Good Luck Sock: Packaging and Women's SocksSince we are reviewing this sock of the month club for women for the first time, we decided to type in the link at the bottom of the card to check out their website. Below you can read more about what Good Luck Sock has to offer.
Good Luck Sock: Women's Socks—Font LabelThe next thing we pulled out of the package was a an almost heather pink pair of socks with yellow and white banana graphics all over them. The front of the hang tag says "Premium Comfort" and "Designed in Canada."
Good Luck Sock: Women's Socks—Back LabelThe bottom sole of the sock has "Good Luck Sock" stitched into the fabric in purple. The back of the label, says another slogan "Change Your Luck, Change Your Sock" and also informs you that these socks are made in South Korea.
Good Luck Sock: Women's Banana SocksThese socks are really cute and the base color is really unique and fun! Unlike may of the other socks we review, these socks have no accent colors on the heal, toe, or top trim—they are a solid color from top to bottom. The subject matter is also really great here. When you look at the bananas you can see that some are half unpeeled while others are still completely protected in their peels.
Good Luck Sock: Women's Banana Socks DetailAs far as quality goes, these socks feel pretty durable. They definitely feel like they will last after some serious washes. We'd recommend not putting these in the dryer, and rather hang drying them, because these colors are so great you'll want to preserve them as long as you can! While these socks are not part of any winter color palette, we don't really have a problem with it! If you wear them under a pair of boots, we're pretty sure they'll bring a smile to your face (and anyone else around you) whenever you decide to sneak a peak down at your feet.
